Session-level clickstream analysis of an e-commerce platform. Mapped the full purchase funnel, quantified drop-offs at each stage, and segmented behavior by device and acquisition channel.
Two-step pipeline on 550K retail transactions: K-Means clustering groups customers into 12 demographic segments, then Apriori mines product associations within each group — surfacing rules that are consistently stronger than full-population analysis.
